DSEL is a civil engineering firm that has been a fixture in Caledon providing Group engineering, cost sharing, and detailed engineering and contract administration services in the Mayfield Secondary Plan. DSEL also provided extensive preliminary design, stormwater management and detailed design services in Mayfield Phase Two and Bolton.
