The recently approved Vision Georgetown urban expansion area has added a new residential community of 1000 acres to the Town of Halton Hills. DSEL has supported the Owners Group throughout the lengthy and complex approval process. The approved community also includes schools, parks, a community centre, extensive watercourse retention, rehabilitation and naturalization, nature trails and woodlot enhancements. DSEL is now proceeding with implementation of the individual Subdivision applications using our proprietary subdivision engineering approach, including the 10 Minute Subdivision, 10 Day Subdivion and Easy Check Drawings.
